FAQ

What flowers should I avoid sending to a hospital?

Ask the recipient’s ward which flowers and fragrances are permitted before placing an order. Then choose a bouquet around the recipient’s preferences and those requirements, or send your get well flowers to their home.

What do get well flowers usually mean?

Depends on the flower. Yellow blooms and sunflowers lean toward optimism, orchids toward strength and endurance, tulips toward hope, carnations toward good luck. A mixed bouquet works fine too, most people just appreciate the gesture either way.

Can I send flowers straight to a hospital room?

Confirm that the hospital ward accepts flowers, then provide the hospital name, recipient details and delivery instructions. Call our florist to coordinate the delivery.

What else can I add besides flowers?

Explore balloons, teddy bears and flower vases in our featured gifts. Select the available additions that suit your recipient and the occasion.

How fast can you deliver?

Same day if you order by 12 PM. Next day almost always works if same day doesn't.
